At Cortes, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every piece. If for any reason your jewelry isn't quite right, we offer a simple return process to ensure your satisfaction — with a few thoughtful guidelines to protect the integrity of our work.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Claim must be made within 14 days and returned within 30 days of product delivery.

  • The reason for return must fall within our acceptable return guidelines (see below)

  • The following products are considered final sales: custom/made-to-order, engraved pieces and special sale items.

All returns must include proof of purchase.

Acceptable Reasons for Return/Exchange

We gladly accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • Sizing issue (for rings)

  • Item not as described or represented

We are unable to accept returns:

  • Unrelated to product quality or accuracy

  • Signs of wear or damage after delivery

  • Personal preference

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Fill out the form below or email us at cortes@cortesjewelry.com with you questions and concerns.

  • Include your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll review your request and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Processing & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 30 business days for your return to be fully processed.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on items of equal value, pending availability. If you'd like a different size please contact us at cortes@cortesjewelry.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Final Sale Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on:

  • Custom, made-to-order, or engraved jewelry

  • Special sale items marked "Final Sale"
