Return Processing Fee $150

Your Return Coverage

Loose diamonds and gemstones may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item must be received back by Cortes no later than the 15th calendar day after delivery.

A $150 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund for each return shipment/request, not per stone. Returned stones must be in their original, unaltered condition with all certificates, reports, packaging, and accompanying materials.

Please contact Cortes before sending any diamond or gemstone back so we can provide the appropriate insured return instructions.
