Diamond

Each diamond is sourced individually, routed to Cortes for receiving and verification, and then securely shipped to you.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier location, quality-control processing, customs, and carrier transit times.

Tracking will be provided once your order leaves Cortes.

Loose diamonds and gemstones may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be received back by Cortes no later than the 15th calendar day after delivery.

Customers should contact Cortes promptly if they intend to make a return so there is sufficient time to arrange secure, insured shipping.

A $150 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund for each return shipment/request, regardless of whether the approved return contains one eligible stone or multiple eligible stones. This fee covers insured return logistics, handling, inspection, administrative processing, and costs associated with returning the merchandise through our supply network.

Returned diamonds and gemstones must be received in their original, unaltered condition with all certificates, reports, packaging, and accompanying materials.

Stones that have been set, engraved, altered, modified, damaged, or otherwise changed after delivery are not eligible for return.

Customers should not ship a diamond or gemstone back without first contacting Cortes. Return instructions and the appropriate insured shipping process will be provided.
